Classic Pro — Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Longhorn Forge Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as "Classic Pro" ("Classic Pro," "we," "us"), and govern your access to and use of the Classic Pro software and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
The Service
Classic Pro provides software for lawn-care businesses to manage customers, scheduling, routes, estimates, invoices, payments, and related operations. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
Accounts
- You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident.
Subscriptions, billing & trials
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) through Stripe until cancelled.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
- Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before a change affects you.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Payments to you (Stripe Connect)
If you enable card payments from your own clients, those payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Classic Pro is not a party to the transaction between you and your client, does not hold your funds, and is not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, or refunds between you and your clients.
Your data & content
You retain all rights to the data and content you put into the Service. You grant Classic Pro a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights and any consents needed to store and process information about your customers.
Text messaging (SMS)
When you enable texting, Classic Pro provisions a dedicated number for your business and sends text messages to the customers whose numbers you collect with consent. You are responsible for obtaining that consent. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful or to violate others' rights.
- Don't attempt to breach security, access other accounts' data, or disrupt the Service.
- Don't reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as allowed by law.
- Don't send unlawful, infringing, or unsolicited content through the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classic Pro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Classic Pro harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Classic Pro agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
