Classic Pro — SMS opt-in workflow
Classic Pro is CRM software for lawn-care and field-service businesses, operated by Longhorn Forge Holdings LLC (registered Texas DBA). This number sends Classic Pro's own transactional messages to Classic Pro subscribers only — the business owners who purchase our software: account and billing notifications, onboarding assistance, and two-way customer support.
How subscribers consent to receive texts
- At signup: during account onboarding in the Classic Pro app (app.classicpro.app), the subscriber provides their mobile number in the business-profile step. Providing a number is optional. Consent language is displayed directly beneath the phone field:
"By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive account-notification and customer-support texts from Classic Pro (Longhorn Forge Holdings LLC). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy."
- In account settings: subscribers can add or update their phone number at any time in Settings → Business profile, where the same consent language appears.
- Text keyword: subscribers can opt in or back in at any time by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to this number.

Message types
- Subscription and billing notifications (payment received, trial ending, card issue)
- Account and security notifications
- Onboarding assistance and feature walkthroughs on request
- Two-way replies for customer support
Messages are transactional and service-related only. Recipients are exclusively our own subscribers; no marketing lists are purchased or used. This number does not carry our subscribers' messaging to their own customers — each subscriber business that enables customer texting receives its own dedicated number with its own toll-free verification, with Longhorn Forge Holdings LLC listed as the ISV.
